Is Decoratly free?
Your first design is free: one AI redesign of your own room, with no signup and no card. It is watermarked, up to 1280px, and you choose from 6 starter styles. More designs, the other styles and the edit tools need the 30-day pass.
How much does Decoratly cost?
One price: $9.99, a single payment, for 30 days. It unlocks every tool, every style and every room you upload.
Is it a subscription? Will I be charged again?
No. It is a single payment and it never renews. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan and you are not charged again unless you buy again yourself.
How many designs do I get?
200 over the 30 days. At the full allowance that works out to about 5 cents a design. If you need more than that, Ultra has no cap.
What happens when my 30 days end?
Nothing is charged and nothing needs cancelling. Your account returns to the free plan, and the designs you made stay in your account.
Do I need an account?
Not to try it. You can upload a photo and get your free design without one. When you buy, we email you an access link so you can get back in on any device.
Can I get a refund?
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@decoratly.com within 30 days of your purchase. The conditions are in the refund policy.
Is there an unlimited plan?
Yes, Ultra: $59 for 30 days with no cap on designs and no limit on devices. It is also a single payment that does not renew. You reach it from the unlock screen in the app.
Is the free design available in every country?
The free design is offered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Sweden and Finland. Everywhere else you can still buy the 30-day pass and use every tool.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe, so Decoratly never sees or stores your card number. Prices on this page are in US dollars.
